WORSE MEDICAL AID

Went to see my GP doctor in January 2019. They (my GP) sent the claim and Jan and in Feb. I call to get funds in my savings on the 23/07 as i needed to go to my GP. Get there yesterday (24/7) only to find out that the claims from Jan has not been paid and was turned away! Spoke to a lovely lady today (forgot her name) after speaking to the worse person (BRAD) yesterday who really does not know how to do his job!. She doesn't know why the claim weren't paid by the scheme in February when the vault was activated (and if all my savings were used up, why it did not fall under the "unlimited GP cover") or when i activated it why they did not ask to re-submit the claims that was not paid as yet, NOW over 6 months later they cannot proceed with making it fall under the "unlimited" cover as its too late. My saving has R600 in it for me to see the doctor has now been used for this, not to mention there is a sort fall which i am now liable to cover (which also i feel is unfair). If i didn't have any savings in my account that means i would of been liable to pay it all myself (WHY DO I HAVE MEDICAL AID)?. She also kindly contacted my GP to straighten out the whole problem and was told that i need to pay the short fall ASAP and that every time i want to go see her i will now have to pay upfront and claim back from Fedhealth as she cannot trust Fedhealth!!!! This has been my GP for over 10 years and because of Fedhealth my own GP wont see me without payment upfront (WHY DO I HAVE MEDICAL AID THEN)!!!!! I feel this whole situation should of been covered by you guys. Now my savings account is empty again, and worse i have a sort fall and need cash upfront to go see my doctor!?!?! I am on medical aid but cannot go see my doctor because of FEDHEALTH!!! if i had money just laying around to go see doctors when i wanted to i wouldn't of have medical aid right!! I've never been so upset in a long time. Fedhealth is really the worse medical aid ever!!!
