Worse medical aid

I have had it, i lodge a complaint on 13/11/2018 and fedhealth calls me on 14/11/2018. After I gave my review on hello peter fedhealth was quick to respond. On the 14/11/2018 the online compaints department phones me and I tel them everything from the bad service I have received and what do I do in a emergency if something happens to one of my children, becuase I cannot use any of my benefits in upington? Ref number for my call 131118Q3L94P I spoke to Mbali, se promised me that feedback will be given within 24 hrs, up to date 17/11/2018 no feedback. What tops it all of is that my youngest son 2 years of age had an emergency at 2 am. So I go to my nearest hospital on the network that is mediclinic which is by the way not a hospital, there is no doctor on duty. I asked for their assistance and they say they can only help if I pay the emergency cost acording to my scheme rate that I am fine with then they tell me there is no doctor on duty, doctors are only on standby. I have ro pay upfront R1200 before they can help me . I told them that that is realy cruel to not even assist a baby that has an emergency and we can sort out account later, their response was clear NO, please go to a goverment hospital.So I phoned emergency on my medical aid card ********** 32 spoke to Mica Muleke ref number 18/ ********** . They can send out an ambulance to take me to kathu that is 2:30 hours away from me. I could not wait that long becuase of my emergency. I had to go to harry surtie a fkn goverment hospital and sit with my sick child there untill 5:30 am this morning with the rudest people and blood everywhere. Why do I pay my medical aid they are a joke and should be removed. I will not leave this here, I will go to daily news and al other social media to make people aware of this so called medical aid that is first for their patients that is total bull****. So today once again I have a wife that is anxious becuase we cannot take our children to a hospital in an emergency or even see a doctor during working days.
