Worried about the family helps family slogan

<p>I was "covered" by Fedhealth from March 2016 and due to very unpleasant experiences on this scheme decided to withdraw. I was unfortunately hospitalised shortly after I joined the scheme and did not find joy in the process, this is in fact the 2nd complaint I'm logging. The 1st was not resolved satisfactorily in fact I dont even recall how the call was closed. I'm getting bills that were reversed and this is after I spoke to a consultant within Fedhealth who requested me to submit documents to be reinstated. Nothing was ever done and to date I still have not received a response. The slogan Fedhealth trades under is misleading because this is DEFINITELY NOT how you treat family.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Tebogo</p> <p> </p>
