Wont refund money they *******ly took from me
How bad is that . . . Let you be you my
They taken more than R 2000 on 1 February from my account due to a technical issue and till today - only promises !!!! You guys lie and stole my money - poor people in the call center get all the **** from customers while the credit controllers hide behind there PC's . .

18 Feb 2021, 10:24After 14 days of waiting and eventually speaking to the credit controller , we figured out that the issue was higher up and NO ONE told her the issue . . . Me as a customer had to inform her of the issue , the poor lady didn't even know . . .
Train your staff better!!
What would have happened if the debit order you took was rejected due to funds not being available - YOU would have canceled my medical aid - NO QUESTIONS ASKED never mind the debit order amount that was takes was the WRONG amount . . . I was glad I kept a bit of money extra otherwise I was without a medical aid as we speak . . .
