wont authorize mri for heart
I have been a member of Fedhealth for years and years. Unfortunately I had a break in membership for a month or two and had to rejoin earlier this year. I was assured this wouldn't not cause problems other than a 3 month standard waiting period which was long over. I am currently in hospital with problems with my heart and need an MRI done. They now say it needs to go to under writers which can take up to three days!!!!! I don't deserve this. This is urgent. It is a heart issue! I am horrified. This needs to be rectified!!!!
