I want to commend Brad at Fedhealth. He is an online customer care consultant and he answered my numerous questions (some of which were complicated) in a very professional and understandable manner. He gave me extra information and also links to follow if I wanted extra information or future help. Thank you very much for excellent service (a rarity in our country in my experience).
