Wolds worst medical aid

I have been in hospital for the past 10 days yet they medical aid are doing nothing to help us am partially sighted and people arw busy taking me and my husband foa a bunch of fools sending us from obe end to the other giving us names op people who we have no means of getting to expect from tgem yet nothing bew come from it. I have a procedure that needs to be done urgently and yet nothing i did all tgar was asked of ua with tge same day yet we still waiting 3 days later. I wonder if this what we paying for disability or no disability this is so unfair and inhumane.
