Withdrawing payment

Hello, I was a Fedhealth comprehensive member where my medical aid was stopped due to changing employer. My specs at Specsavers was approved last year, & the next thing I get a call in March from Specsavers to say that the R 2600 was never paid/ withdrawn from the medical aid, as I had to cancel and move to another medical aid. I am sitting with debt that is not even my problem. Somebody from Fedhealth needs to call me & explain the ways of working, because this is unacceptable.
