With "Family" like this, who needs enemies? Horrible service

I cannot believe Fedhealth's incompetence. They provide an app to use to find Doctors in your area, however this is not updated as I often call a Doctor and the information provided is incorrect. That and each time I go to a Doctor, for some in applicable reason, I have to pay the doctor first then claim from them. THEN WHAT IS THE POINT???? Most of us have medical aid because we cannot afford to pay a Doctor after a certain part of the month. The app says they covet this doctor, yet I STILL have to pay???? Then when I do submit my claim and confirm with an agent that all my documents are correct. I wait 3 weeks with no feedback and then a random email telling me I do not have the right documents and requests a new endless list of things I need to send... Seriously? I spoke to an agent for 20 minutes and at the end of this very pointless call where my airtime was wasted I was instructed to go back to the doctor and pick up some form they needed then email it to them. NOW is that how you treat FAMILY as they pride themselves with their slogan "Where Family takes care of Family". Right! Oh and another one of my queries had been pending over a month with no feedback. Thanx guys
