Will not stop debit orders from deceased clients

Both my parents passed away in October. As I am a registered intermediary with Fedhealth on behalf of both my parents, I immediately advised Fedhealth of this and gave a clear instruction to stop any future debit orders. They wanted death certficates which we provided once we received them ourselves. They proceeded to continue taking the month premium out my fathers bank account and not cancelling the debit order as per my several requests. It went out November, December and now again in January. This amounts to thousands of Rands in their favour and they are not refunding this amount. They have drained the little amount of money that was in his account to the point where there is almost nothing there and the account could become overdrawn as levies and other accounts come off until such time as things can be changed.

What is it that Fedhealth doesn't understand about instructions to cease taking off a debit order from deceased clients? Only that they receive money they can earn interest on. I asked yesterday for a full refund and email confirming this, and nothing was done. They are quite disgusting. It's bad enough having to deal with such a loss, but then to have 3 months of unecessary aggravation and now financial problems.
