Will NOT recommend this Medical aid

I would highly NOT recommend this medical aid and its unfortunate that after being with this medical aid since 2017, it is time for me to cut ties. I've never been hospitalized for surgery since I've started with this medical aid but the one time when I had an emergency c-section, my medical aid didn't pull through for me. I have shortfalls from my gynae, anesthesia, my baby's pediatrician and they all want to hand me over. Fedhealth won't tell me why they didn't pay the doctor's in full and they also took all the money from my medivault to cover some of my IN-HOSPITAL treatments which is not what is supposed to happen. I'm highly disappointed and in the process of cancelling my membership. DO yourself a favor and look for a different medical aid.
