Will not recommend it to anyone

I've been with Fedhealth for 3 years now, before they introduced this new "revolution" it was good, but now I feel like you are literally forced to use the Medivault funds which you the have to pay back. I had a medical emergency where I didn't get admitted and now I'm stuck having to pay for every single bill including the emergency consultations and even simple routine blood tests. They are literally using this Medivault as an excuse to not pay for anything from your benefit and yet you are paying crazy amounts for the risk monthly . In essence they're just a loan you take when you have medical emergencies except you still pay monthly to use the loan facility . Since covid they're even introducing co payments on medication as well. Its become more business based than for the customer. Needless to say I am leaving this medical aid . Its total ******* now
