Why do i pay you every month ??

#fedhealthmedicalaid , i am still waiting for you to return my call , very unprofessional. Your staff have been pushing me from pillar to post , i have done everything you have asked of us. I pay over R6000 a month and you wont pay for my 5 year old to have her tonsils to be removed. You have made me feel like i am doing it because its fun .... I would NEVER recommend your services to anyone , especial to people with children !!
