WHY DO I HAVE TO GIVE MY DETAILS TWICE
I would like to know why I have to go from call centre agent to call centre agent and having to give my details to each agent when all I want is some advise!!!! I do not want company secrets. If your medical aid can't steer you in the right direction with medical advise who can. Why am I paying so much for a medical aid.
