When looking for a medical aid. Don't try fedhealth
Fedhealth is not a medical aid I would advise for they have horrible service and a terrible delivery system. We have been waiting for our medical aid cards for over 6 months now when it is said by a fedhealth agent that it would take two weeks and one agent says one thing and a other agent says something different.
