What the heck!!!!

Copy - email sent to Fedhealth<br> On Monday night, 31 August 2015 I had to visit the emergency rooms at Linksfield Hospital to attend to a serious arm injury<br> <br> On Tues 1st September I app**** telephonically for Pre Authorisation to have this injury attended to by Dr. McCready at Linksfield Park Clinic.<br> <br> On Wednesday 2nd September I received an email from yourselves saying authorisation had been processed - Authorisation Number: ***8<br> <br> The operation was duly done on the Thursday 3rd September, discharged the same day.<br> <br> I want to know why such a small portion of Dr McCreadys' bill (only R3815.49 of R12422.26) was paid. This was NOT minor surgery!!!!!! And I am now left with a bill or R8606.77 due to Dr McCready by myself! At no time from receiving your email of authorising being processed to before the operation was done did I receive ANY notification from Fedhealth that there would be a problem. I went into hospital and underwent the surgery thinking that I was covered. So much for that!!! I am now receiving letters of legal action.....please escalate this complaint/query as a matter of urgency to whoever it is that will be able to sort this out for me as I find this unacceptabl
