Weight Management program.

Fedhealth registered me on the Weight Management program which includes 2 appointments with a Dietician and a 12 week program with a Biocinitics, due to my back problems. After numerous e- mails and phone calls and hours on the line to Fedhealth nothing was sorted out. This morning I phoned again and received my 3rd reference number with a promise that a Charlene who's Surname the agent does'nt know, will call me back. They do not pay the full amounts or do not pay at all. The one appointment to the Biocinetics was only paid a amount of R7.20. According to the mail I received from Fedhealth the 12 of January 2023 the full amount will be paid by them. At this stage I stopped the appointments because Fedhealth do not pay them. I am so tired of incompetitant people and agents who send my enquiries from pillar to post. I insist on a answer or a phone call as soon as possible. S Breedt
