Website and Member Card problems
I submitted a hospital authorisation request via the Fedhealth website. That was straight forward and user friendly. After submitting a message came up saying I would be contacted by a Fedhealth agent. I received no SMS or email confirmation which made me a little concerned. After a day I decided to phone and check that the request had been registered. I phoned the \Hospital Authorisation Centre"number on my membership card to have a recording say \""If you are a member please contact the client services number on your card\"" which I did and went through the whole voice response thing including entering my membership number. When I eventually got through to a very efficient and pleasant agent she told me that the membership number I had keyed in did not show on her system. She also said there was no record of my hospital authorisation request. As I didn't have all the info with me I phoned Customer Care later and they said they would phone me back when not so busy. The other Fedhealth Website bug I have come across is looking for a doctor in Port Elizabeth"
Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know that you are less than happy with the level of service you have received. We will do some investigating and get back to you shortly.
Kind Regards
