We have enjoyed very good benefits, communications and service with Fedhealth, having been members for many years. We have had extensive illnesses and injuries in our family and Fedhealth has provided for all the cases concerned. Our only criticism is that the follow up on providing prescriptions for chronic medication perhaps should be coordinated between doctor/specialist and the medical aid and the supplier of the medication so that the medication treatment and delivery (especially when courier delivered straight from the supplier) does not lapse when the prescription period runs out and cause disruptions in supply leaving the member vulnerable, our of medication and bearing the costs of temporary chronic medication
