WARNING EVERYONE NOT TO COVER THEMSELVES UNDER FEDHEALTH!!!!!

DO NOT JOIN FEDHEALTH , THEY WILL NEVER PAY YOUR CLAIM EVEN WITH AN AUTHORISATION NUMBER. After writing a review last week about FEDHEALTH not paying our claim even though we had acquired an authorisation from them , they called and there was an "agreement" that they would get back to us regarding our claims. they claim an sms was sent to our phone on the 8th of August 2019 advising us that my wife's membership was suspended so the laparaScopy scheduled for the 20th was no longer valid. We never RECEIVED that sms. My wife had to be rushed in on the 15th August cause she was ill and she was "magically authorised" to be admitted. I say magically because hospitals confirm membership before admitting a patient, they did so with my wife as well and she was authorised to be admitted though her membership was "suspended". This suspension was never mentioned to us anywhere else, not on when we took on the cover, not during these authorisation, never!!! we only heard about it when claims were being rejected. This suspension is supposedly from an account my wife had with Fedhealth over a year ago but they are imposing a suspension on my account without notifying me!!!! I will take this to the highest court...mark my words!!!
