Waiting period dissapointed

A Consultant of Wellworx Tatuim Jacobs contacted me regarding joining Fedhealth again after i was with them prevouisly but due to lockdown i had to join Keyhealth that was cheaper. After i had some issues with keyhealth i decided to take the offer and go back to Fedhealth because Tatuim promised me that there would be no waiting peroids. i was on Fedhealth for more than a year than a year then i joined Keyhealth. My son was also on medical aid all his life. When my member certificate came it showed that i had 3 months general waiting peroid. i tried to Contact Tatuim many times i sent her emails also with no luck. then i phoned Fedhealth i spoke to Marlon Booker was eager to help me in the beginning but now he also gone quiet. I mean honestly if i new i would have this waiting peroid i would not have joined again. Tatuim did not even take my banking details for the debit order but Marlon was quike to sort out the banking details so they can get the money.
