waiting Period

on the 16th March i had a appointment at westvile hospital at gynaecologist. To where he found things that need to be removed and causing me the pain and suffering i am currently having. He schedule a operation for the 17th for 6 am all codes was giving to medical aid. And i am sitting at hospital today and still have not received any authorise code for the operarion. I have been calling since yesterday. till after 4 just to find out that the underwriters has gone home. and couldn't sort out the problem. i have not one month skipped payment and still i have issues being approved for opp. I cant understand what is the use of having a medical aid if u cant get the assistance that is required. Hospital refuse to help me they say i have to pay cash but then again. Why must i pay cash if i got and been paying medical aid. ... i am very disappointed in Fedhealth. fedhealth keep telling me that i wpuld have had my authorised code at 15:00 pm on the 16th its the 17th and i am sitting at the hospital waiting for the code.... i do hope i get the code cause i only got till 10:00 to do operation...
