Waiting 7 days for a response

<p>I sent Fedhealth an email on the 3rd of August as well as the 7th of August 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am still awaiting a response to my email dated the 3rd of August 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am a new member and I must say my first impressions with your scheme are bitter.</p> <p> </p> <p>Actually wondering if this is the medical aid scheme I should belong too.</p> <p> </p> <p>I might pay a bit more and go to Discovery but I know they actually respond to clients timeously.</p> <p> </p> <p>A 7 day wait for a response is NOT ON.</p> <p> </p> <p>REFER TO REFERENCE 030817Q939RL AND 070817Q99759</p>
