very very slow service

<p>I paid cash for 2 of my doctor visits ,while i waited for uathorization from fedhealth my medical aid,fast forward to now,put a claim against my medical aid to refund me the monies owed to me,only to be thrown from pillar to post,i constantly have to phone fedhealth to find out how far they are with the claim only and each time I phone,nothing is done.today i call them again only to be told that i can do the claim only within 4 months and after that their are not liable to give me my monies back (funny enough none of this was explained to me when i joined up with them).</p>
