Very unhappy

Hi I recently complained about fedhealth not paying my hospital bill and when they called me they told me the hospital I went to is not on one off my options but when I took out the medical aid I listed Lenmed as my 1st choice they changed it I was not even aware they send me a new list with hospitals I can go to after the complain I mean I would never have gone to Lenmed If I never choose the this is unacceptable I don't like complaining but with fedhealth it's like a norm please fix this and pay what needs to be paided I will use the hospitals u choose for me going forward it's not nice having a injury and still receiving surprising bills
