Very efficient service

Bongani (I forget his surname) assisted me in querying the reason that a Specialist Neurologist in Pmb was charging me a R900 cash consultation fee for the first consultation, when as a Fedhealth Network doctor he was obliged to charge no more than approx. R450. Bongani phoned them and reported back to me. The doctor was not prepared to back down on his fee. I am grateful to Bongani for challenging this outrageous fee, even though I didn't get the response from the doctor's rooms that I would have hoped for.<br> Thanks, Bongani.<br> Mrs Joubert
