Very dissapointed fedheath member

I visited the ER on friday and had to be sent home due to not being able to get an authorisation from Fedhealth

I tried to call and check on the status of my auth and what awful service i received. I also received an email stating that i dis disclose my sinuses but yet no auth. I am really disturbed by the manner i have been treated no one has even call me from the medical aid

After spending the entire day back and forth with the medical aid I was unsuccessful. Please people do not JOIN Fedhealth Medical Aid. You are going to be super stressed when you need it the most.

I am so disappointed in the manner which fedhealth is dealing with my authorization request.

If i can warn anyone and that is to please stay away from this medical aid because all it brings is loads if stress.

You are correct, the underwriting department has contacted me after I mentioned no feedback and has decided to terminate my membership because I did not so called say I have back issues when i was admitted for something else. How is that possible? It like I have been admitted for a x but the medical aid feel i should have disclosed z that has nothing to do with Y. People stat away from Fedhealth they gonna cause people to have a heart attack.
