Very dissapointed

After I have terminated my membership for end November, they canceled it end september. I did not have cover for October but they still deducted my money as before. They never paid my chronic medication or doctors over the 10 Years i have been with them. For years i have been wasting my money for no benefits from them, very disappointed that i haven't moved sooner. I found a new medical aid and they pay everything, I am saving over R2000 a month with all the benefits i am receiving from my new medical aid. There are much better medical aids out ther.
