Very disappointed in fedhealth medical aid my cell is *** medical aid membership number ***

Hi my name is Sharief I was hospitalized in November with a spine injury medical rejected my for a back braise I then got the Dr to write a reference note to motivate the medical aid to review it I am still waiting for feedback and it's January 2022 already very disappointed will not recommend anyone to use fedhealth medical aid and that was my 1st time in hospital had too pay cash off almost 10K to get the braise
