Very bad service

We app**** for medical for my daughter on 24/01, we sent in all the required forms. They came back for more requirements and we have sent it in on 05/02/2019. Since then have we inquired about this medical. We make use of a broker. Every time she says they are still busy with it. Today they came back with more requirements. (only after we inquired again). This kind of service is pathetic.
