VERY BAD MEDICAL AID BE WARNED THEY ARE *********
STAY away from this MEDICAL AID . They are *****s . I am now blocked from using this medical aid due me giving a months notice which is the end of April. They have now blocked me to do anything i cant get medication, cant go to a doctor , and i am sick but yet i need to pay the full installment the end of April for April. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MEDICAL AID THEY ARE VERY BAD AND VERY QUICK TO BLOCK YOU OUT OF EVERYTHING AND TAKE YOUR MONEY.
I guess my bank will have to do a stop order against you . My bad , you block me and ill do the same to you. Lets rather settle this in court because you know you are wrong and cant deny me to use my medical aid but yet still debit my account in full.

19 Apr 2022, 15:34I have reported you to the CMS and the medical ombudsman. You know by denying me to use funds once one is sick and to debit my account in full is against the law and just for your information we went to the doctor and were diagnosed with bronchitis and my son with an infection and you denied us access where i needed to pay cash due to you not giving us access to medical aid but yet must still pay in full at the end of April. Fedhealth just a reminder that what you have done today is ******** and you guys are going to pay for all of this. Ill see you in court and you better hope nothing happens to my son because you will be sued for millions and please dont think i am threatening you becuase i am not. I am dead serious when i say that charges have been laid against Fedhealth by The CMS and OHSC you will pay for all of this you will see.
