VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH FEDHEALTH

<p>As discussed, this will be paid off over 6 months @ R247.7 per month, which I requested you acknowledge as agreed payment terms, which you have not.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please by return email confirm that this payment scheme is agreed to.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have also phoned Fedhealth who has agreed to this payment scheme, to whom you need to email the monthly proof of payments to and I have copied them on this email.</p> <p> </p> <p>In addition, as discussed please ensure who ever has been harassing this young girl from your company ceases this with immediate effect, if not, I will take legal action.</p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot believe that companies such as Fedhealth and your Company show absolutely no compassion in this matter as the person who was taking care of this young girl and making the monthly payments passed away which put her in this position which she was not aware of, as she was a minor and not earning a living. My wife and I have taken her in and treat her as our own daughter.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will make a point of making my opinions known on this matter, where ever possible, as I think the system should be changed to address these unique situations?</p>
