Usesless Fedhealth

I am a member of Fedhealth for over 5 years. This seems to be 5 years to many and money pored down a drain. I followed their procedure in obtaining an authorization before treatment, however the treatment was paid 0% after submitting the claim. It is impossible to make contact with them except for sales. I will be cancelling soon.
