Useless. Worst Medical scheme. Good for nothing.

It's been the most frustrating experience being with Fedhealth. Wrong PMBs codes being submitted for a second time. Approved PMBs being deducted from our savings into -R14k. That is more than 2years savings. Doesn't even make sense. Therefor no doctors/ pathcare bills have been settled. Emergency unit visit had to be paid cash because our account was suspended because they wanted to figure out what went wrong. No one ever gets back to an enquiry. Wait for weeks for a response. Worst. Worst. Worst. Do not even consider.
