Useless to say the least

First we had an issue with my daughter being admitted and had to pay a co-payment of R9050 which was only waivered after a Hallo Peter was raised Now to get the co-payment back from the Hospital the medical aid need to pay the hospital bill in full - this has been a run around now for 2 weeks. Wednesday 10.09.2025 they confirmed on chat reference no 100925Q442RV that payment to the hospital will be made in full on 11.09.2025. Today when I queried, the claim was rejected due to outstanding stock details with nappy codes! Now I need to request an amended claim from the hospital and again wait 5 working days so it can be processed and paid. Once paid the hospital takes 7-10 work days to refund, but when my child needed help we had to pay the R9050.00 immidiatly. Poor service and help from their side.
