useless medical aid, very selfish people and scheme rules

I need to do a NIPT Test and the pathologist cannot assist me without an auth letter from my medical aid. fedhealth is refusing to give me an auth letter and say scheme rules are that this test is paid from savings, i have more than enough savings but the pathology requires an auth letter to proceed. now i must pay cash yet i pay the medical aid. why cant they just do an auth and send it to me cause its my savings that will pay irregardless. they are sending me from piller to post and this test is urgent. Aviwe masiku a team leader refused to to talk to me. yet his job is to assist such problems and the agent said there was nothing he could do to assist me further. i feel helpless, why am i paying for my membership if they cant help me? this is a money making scheme.
