Useless medical aid need to switch

<p>Im very disappointed for this medical aid my membership no. ********** 3168</p> <p>i hade a sports injuries in my one finger i went to see a specialist and they told me to do a surgery., all paperwork submitted to fedhealth, it almost a month now i keep asking fedhealth whats going now why it take a long time for authorisation no one knows whats going on,,, very *********** medical scheme just wanted to suck money in your pocket, small accident cant sorted out how much if is vehicle or any accident happene, so if this week still no answer i wont pay any cent for my premium you can closed the account i don't care ****ing medical ****!</p>
