Useless Medical aid

Worst medical aid ever with customercare as well as floor supervisors that does not even know their own product. Since I have moved to Northern Cape Upington, they sent me a list of network doctors that the doctors claim they are not on the network, all five of them. Since August they have been informed, untill today, still no network doctor. Spoken to them today again and still no joy! What must I do if one of my children get sick? To which doctor can I take them? This medical aid does not live up to their standards that their clients health is their first priority. Most useless medicall aid that I have ever delt with. Fedhealth needs to respond or I will have to take this matter further. I do not recommend fedhealth as a medical scheme. Cant believe that you have to pay all this money and this **** happens
