Useless *********** people with such bad attitudes.

I have had MANY issues with Fedhealth this year, constant problems. When Fedhealth merged with my old medical aid in 2019 people who had used up their savings for the whole year had to pay in (as the merger took place in July). I had to pay over R2000 for this. This week on 22 June at 18h38 (after hours) I received an email telling me I still owe them money from that. The email also noted they wanted a response (i.e. payment, as it comes from an email you cannot reply to) by the 22nd June. The same day. At night.

I sent them the original email from 2019 telling me what I owed (over R2k) and the proof of payment of the same amount. Told them to get their facts straight and also not to email people on the evening of the same delay you want a 'response'.

2019 was a while ago, perhaps some people just accept these emails and pay (mine was abut R250) which the claimed I still owed them.

I got an sms a couple of day later saying - sorry, please ignore the email sent.

I cannot wait until I have changed medical aids. Fedhealth are useless AND so so so so rude. I have never had to deal with a medical aid on issues that basically dont exist and this year has been a nightmare.

Really - people have enough stress in their lives without dealing with this BULL**i+IT they keep bringing up.
