Useless from day 1!!

We joined fed health about 4 years ago. First it took them a YEAR to move our plan after we submitted it to their spescifications.Then we where given more than once information about cover that was incorrect by the customer service. Call centers people have no idea about specific plans.Now that we cancelled, our emails and call are ignored and they still deduct the money.Most useless medical cover company we have ever used.
