Useless (DO NOT USE THEM)

Fedhealth is useless, so is Hippo!

I have tried to sign up to a medical aid. After speakign to a very delightful man from Hippo I thought everything would be handled correctly. (I was very wrong)

The form he completed was incorrect (by Hippo over the phone) and I tried to contact them with no luck at all. I have send several emails with no help. I have requested them to calle me back since December with no luck.

I have also contacted Fedhealth who has been just as bad. No help at all. I have gotten references which has had no point to them. My medical aide is due to go active on the first of Feb 2019 and been trying to cancel it from being activited. Last person I spoke to at Fedhealth told me it would not be a problem as I am not an active member yet, then I NEVER heard back from them. They are probably waiting to go active before they contact me.

I'm def taking this future.

If I do not hear from Hippo I'm surely going to take this matter much futher.

Luckily I am now covered by discovery whom was much more helpful and am now covered with. I have been active since 1st Jan.
