Useless

Fedhealth is absolutely useless, on the 20th November 2019 I submitted a complaint and as from today no feedback whatsoever, when I phoned in on the 6th December 2019 to find out about the PMB claim status they said it 14 days, well today is 14 days and when I called in today-surprise it's still being process. How long do you need? Then on the 29th November 2019 I send in my termination of my useless medical aid only 4 days ago I received a mail to say it will be send to the relevant department. REALLY ARE YOU FOR REAL????
