Useless and disappointing medical Aid in time of need.

I was in emergency C-section when I was in 37weeks pregnancy, I was stuck in 2.5cm dilated and baby was in a high risk of Bacterial Infection, and now my baby is in ICU it's been almost 3weeks now streesd and fedhealth is adding more to my stress. They dont want to pay My Gynaecologist the full amount of the claim now I have to fork out 4-5k out of my own pocket with something I did not have a control over. Maybe Me or my Baby was supposed to die before we go to C-section then that will be proof enough to them that I was in high risk, I am paying them monthly without any problems and when I am in need this is the kind of service I receive! Very disappointed and stressed where will I get that kind of money when I am in maternity leave,with this Covid-19 adding to my stress while my baby is lying helpless in hospital, this is the kind of service they deliver shame to me and their scheme, I am moving to another service provider afterall this mess, I did not want to believe my colleagues when they said they dont trust fedhealth now I know and I am leaving proof
