Useless!!

I skipped a month of payments due to unforeseen circumstances, I got a call from Fedhealth “Saying that I will unfortunately NOT be covered for the month that I did not pay” and I understood that! The next month they double debited me! My question to them was you specifically said you cover on month to month basis if I don’t pay for that month I won’t be covered so why would you want to debit me for the month that I was not covered for????? Useless cheating snakes!!!
