Useless
I am so frustrated with the bad service that I recieve from fedhealth medical.
CHATS ARE USELESS, CONSULTANT'S *********** TO DO THEIR JOB.
How can you load a claim for 3 different consultation on one invoice however only 2 of the 3 are being paid. Then Mark the consultant time out my chat.
Not to talk about claims being paid to my account instead of provided account. THEN ALSO WHILE AGO MONEY PAID INTO MY ACCOUNT AND THERE WAS NO CLAIM
I AM SO FRUSTRATED
