useless

I purchased a breast pump from Baby Boom in June and submitted my receipt to claim back from my medical aid (which the packaging said I can do). Firstly I was told it would be reimbursed from my available savings, now they are refusing to reimburse me without an invoice (please note that the receipt does have an invoice number, they are just to lazy to look at it properly.
