Good day, Can you please get someone to relook at all my claims for the 27 Aug as it looks like some of them are not claimed under the hospital benefit and some claims for my new born member says the claim is after she was added to the medical aid.

14 Sept 2022, 16:37I'm still waiting on someone to relook at all my claims for the birth of my daughter on the 27 August. I still haven't received a call from anyone regarding this? I need to know why some claims were not paid? And why some of the claims for the new baby are not paid? It says member added after claim. How far do I need to escalate this? Ombud?
