Urgent

I am not happy with the way fedhealth handled my hospitals bill....i was admitted in the network hospital and had some procedures done ....they rejected to pay the bill of the hospital and recently i found out they did not pay my X ray and ultrasound bills that was done when i was admitted in the same hospital ....and when radiology department calls to query it they were told i was out of funds .....it doesnt make sense to me why must it be from my savings while i was admitted ....why was dr's paid and some of the procedures paid but hospital bill not paid because common sense is procedures were done in hospital not at my place ....i called quering the hospital bill and i was told there is an authorisation , it will just be reprocessed from the medical aid side and send to clinix hospital ,then i asked again is there anything that is not paid ? I was told No everything will be paid from out of risk ..that was Nov 19 last year ....i then received a leter from attorneys about the same bill in january 2020 i called medical aid and they started then giving me stories that yes i called last year and it was confirmed that there is authorisation but the agent did not assure that my bill will be paid ....that was the senior in that department MANIE .....i wasnt satisfied two days later i asked to speak to manie's seniour and manie told the agent that its not gonna make a different speaking to his seniour ...the respond will be same ....

Now again 04 feb i called radiology department of hospotal about the copayment of 2200 that i know of thats when they tell me there is other oustanding for x_ray and ultrasound ...i was shocked because those procedures where done at that same hospital while i was admitted together with CT scan now i am left with Bills to pay because medical aid **** to me....
