Ups and Downs, But AMAZING Service

I must say, at first i wondered whether I made the right choice. Changing banking details was harder than figuring out a rubix cube...getting maternity benefits approved was a 2 month hassle. but now all seems in order. My baby is due Mid may - on 23 Feb i requested pre-authorization, on 3 March I got my authorization and the full thumbs up - not bad at all. Now i can rest easy knowing that its all taken care of. <br> Now if only they could refund claims quicker Id be over the moon. I have been trying since 3 March 2015 to get this done. Eventually on 16 march after back and forth queries I was able to send exactly what was needed. On 20 March i got an sms to say payment would be made on the 26th. I don't see why there should be such a delay, but will wait till the 26th to see what happens.<br> <br> In the meantime I can sit back and know that the most important thing has been arranged and my child and I will be taken care off without having to worry.<br> <br> Thank you for the great service thus far - i look forward to this continuing for many years to come.
