UPROFESSIONAL AND CONFUSED

What a bunch of incompeteny people.. after numerous emails and queries and multitude of different excuses and contradicting information and staff sending claims to the wrong departments , my refund claim has still not been paid out. I have also requested numerous times for a Manager to contact me, but to no avail. The savings doesnt even belong to Fedhealth and the claims are not been paid by amu benefit funds, but through my own savings. Nobody there speaks the same language and the stories change every time one speaks to staff there.. pathetic and unprofessional service
